DUMPLING SOUP

To make the dough, combine wheat flour, eggs, a tablespoon of butter, and half a cup of water. Use a spoon to form dumplings and cook them in boiling milk mixed with one cup of water and sugar. When serving, add a pat of butter to the soup.

For every cup of wheat flour, use one egg, two and a half tablespoons of cream, one and a half cups of water, seven cups of milk, and one tablespoon of sugar.
