Potato and Sausage Soufflé

  • Smoked sausages – 150g (about 5.3 oz)
  • Milk – 0.5 cup
  • Cheese – 60g (about 2.1 oz)
  • Chopped parsley – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Pour the egg mixture into greased ramekins. Add the chopped potatoes and sausages to each ramekin. Top with cheese.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 10-13 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
