Fresh farmer’s cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar are mixed with flour, thoroughly combined, and formed into syrniki, with two pieces per serving.
For the filling, rinse the raisins and mix them with jam, then cook them in a double boiler until the raisins absorb the liquid from the jam. Let it cool.
Stuff the prepared syrniki, coat them in breadcrumbs, fry until golden, and finish cooking in the oven. When serving, drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.
Ingredients: 500g of farmer’s cheese, 60g of flour, two eggs, two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, breadcrumbs, and fat for frying.
