Veal in Wine Sauce with Vegetables

Take veal, coat it in flour, and sauté it. Place the veal in a pot, add diced garlic and onion, pour in red wine and broth, and bring to a boil. Then take tomatoes, peel them, remove the seeds, add pitted olives, and mix them in with the veal. Cover and simmer for about an hour.
Once the veal is ready, sprinkle it with lemon zest and finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
