Turkey and Pineapple Meatballs

Turkey and pineapple meatballs
– 1.5 kg (about 3.3 lbs) ground turkey fillet
– 200 g (about 7 oz) fatty pork
– 1 can of canned pineapple
– 2 onions
– 4-5 tablespoons tomato paste
– 2 tablespoons semolina
– Salt and black pepper to taste

Start by grinding the turkey fillet and pork together to make the meat mixture. Season it with salt and pepper, then add the semolina. Finely chop the canned pineapple and mix it into the meat mixture. Shape the mixture into meatballs. Combine the liquid from the pineapple with the tomato paste and pour it over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (428 °F) for 35-40 minutes.
