CAKE “FOREST FAIRY TALE”

Knead the dough and roll it out into two layers. Bake them in the oven, then spread a mixture of sour cream whipped with cooked and finely chopped prunes, crushed nuts, and sugar on top.
For the dough: 1 pound (500g) of flour, 1.8 ounces (50g) of butter, half a cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 egg, 3-4 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda mixed with vinegar.
For the cream: 2 cups (500ml) of sour cream, half a cup of sugar, 1 cup of prunes, and 1 cup of nuts.
