Pumpkin Porridge

Pumpkin flesh: 500g (about 1.1 lbs)
Milk: 0.5 liters (about 2 cups)
Water: 1 cup
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
Butter to taste
A pinch of salt

Cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes, pour in the water, and bring to a boil.
After 15 minutes, add the milk, a bit of salt, and both regular and vanilla sugar.
Gently mash the pumpkin with a potato masher right in the pot.
Cook for another 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Once the porridge is ready, add butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, then stir to combine.
