Pumpkin Fritters

Pumpkin flesh: 200g (about 7 oz)

Flour: 1 cup

Pinch of salt

Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon

Egg: 1

Kefir: 1 cup

Cut the pumpkin and bake it in the oven or microwave until soft. Mash it into a puree.

Sift the flour, then add salt, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Crack in the egg, pour in the kefir, and add the pumpkin puree. Mix well.

Heat a skillet and grease it with oil. Spoon the batter onto the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with honey or jam.
