French Toast Recipe

  • Bread: 4 slices
  • Egg: 1
  • Milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Butter for frying
  • Sugar and cinnamon to taste

Beat the egg with the milk and sugar. Heat the butter in a skillet. Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture for a few minutes to ensure they are well saturated. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

These toasts can be served with jam or honey.
