Eggs in Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of toast bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter, salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut out the soft center of the toast bread.
  2. Spread butter on both sides of the toast and the cut-out centers.
  3. Fry in a skillet until golden brown. Flip them over.
  4. Crack one egg into each toast. Cook for 2-3 minutes. If desired, you can flip them to allow the yolk to thicken.

You can also add cheese or deli meat on top of the toasts if you like.
