Ingredients:
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 2 eggs
- Butter, salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut out the soft center of the toast bread.
- Spread butter on both sides of the toast and the cut-out centers.
- Fry in a skillet until golden brown. Flip them over.
- Crack one egg into each toast. Cook for 2-3 minutes. If desired, you can flip them to allow the yolk to thicken.
You can also add cheese or deli meat on top of the toasts if you like.
