Eggs in minced meat mixture

Hard-boiled eggs should be peeled, rolled in flour, and seasoned with salt and pepper. To the ground meat, add a raw egg, 1-2 tablespoons of cold water, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and divide into six portions. Wrap the eggs in the meat mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, shaping them into balls, and fry in plenty of oil. Once cooled, cut them in half. Garnish with lettuce or parsley leaves. Serve with a side of vegetable salad.

Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw egg, 500g of ground meat (about 1.1 lbs), breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
