Baked Eggs in Ramekins

Grease heated ceramic bowls with oil, place pieces of cheese at the bottom, crack an egg into each bowl, season with salt and pepper, and top with grated sharp cheese. Place the bowls in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 6 thin slices of cheese, 3.5 oz (100 g) of grated sharp cheese, salt, pepper.
