1-Minute Microwave Cheese Omelette

Cheese omelet

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing the microwave-safe dish
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Combine the egg yolks, milk, and cheese in a blender and season with salt.

Grease a microwave-safe dish with butter and pour in the mixture.

Microwave on high (850 watts) for 1 minute.

Garnish with fresh dill and serve.

Substitute feta or Parmesan for the cheese, if desired.
