Who would have thought Italy could still be underexplored? Nestled in Europe, it has been visited by tourists from north to south. Yet even in a country like Italy, remarkable discoveries can still be made.
Recently, in a remote canyon in the country’s north, an entire art gallery was uncovered, featuring around 20,000 drawings. Artists who lived around 2,000 BCE depicted tools, weapons, scenes of labor, and religious rituals of Bronze Age people on some 600 rock surfaces.
This art gallery offers a wealth of insights into the daily lives and customs of our distant ancestors.
