3 cups of flour
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2/3 cup butter
4 eggs
2 medium bananas
100 g chocolate (about 3.5 oz)
2 tsp baking powder
A cup is 250 ml.
Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt together. Add the eggs and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder. Stir until combined (the mixture will be quite thick).
Finally, fold in the finely chopped bananas and chocolate (you can also grate the chocolate). Mix everything well.
Line two loaf pans with parchment paper, divide the batter between them, and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C (about 350°F).
