Brined Herring and Sausage Salad

Pickled Salad

Gather three medium potatoes, 150–200 grams of sausage, two pickled cucumbers, one small herring, an apple, and a carrot.

Boil the potatoes and the carrot. Chop all the vegetables, the sausage, the herring, and the apple, and mix them together, adding the potatoes last. Season with salt and pepper, add a little mustard, and dress with sour cream.
