Bran rolls
Ингредиенты:

500 ml of water (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
8 g dry yeast (about 2 ¼ tsp)
800 g flour (about 6 ½ cups)
20 g bran (about ¼ cup)

In a mixing bowl, pour in water at 30 degrees Celsius (about 86 degrees Fahrenheit), then add salt, sugar, and yeast. Stir the mixture and let it sit for a bit. Next, add the flour and bran, and knead the dough. Place it in a warm spot for about three hours, covering it with a clean towel. Once the dough has risen, shape it into small rolls, brush them with egg wash, and sprinkle with your choice of toppings. You can also leave them plain if you prefer! Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown.
