Cheesecake is one of the most beloved desserts, and it can be made in two ways: using the classic baked cheesecake recipe or a quick no-bake version. The no-bake cheesecake made with cookies is especially popular — it requires no special culinary skills and can be prepared in just minutes. For those who enjoy vibrant desserts, a cheesecake with jelly is a perfect choice — it looks stunning and tastes amazing. In this recipe, we will show you both options: a baked cheesecake with a delicate filling and a no-bake cheesecake that doesn’t require an oven. Regardless of the method you choose, the dessert turns out creamy, tender, and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients for the crust: all-purpose flour – 80 g; eggs – 2; baking powder – 1/2 packet; powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon; vanilla sugar – 1/2 packet.
Ingredients for the filling: fresh cheese – 1/4 package; egg yolks – 2; butter – 60 g; cream (30% fat) – 1 cup; chocolate – 1 bar; sugar – 3 tablespoons; vanilla sugar – 1/2 packet; cherry or sweet cherry – 1.
Preparation
Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, stir, and pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C and transfer it to a sugar-dusted cake stand or dessert plate.
For the filling, whip the cream until soft peaks form; set aside half for decorating. Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the yolks and, while mixing, fold in the crumbled cheese and half the whipped cream. Spread the well-mixed filling over the cooled baked crust. Decorate the cheesecake with the remaining whipped cream and grated chocolate, and finish with a cherry on top.
Life Hack

Beat the soft cheese with sour cream and sugar until smooth. Layer it over a base of cookies soaked in milk (repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up), and refrigerate the cake for a few hours to set. To make a no-bake cheesecake with jelly, layer the cheese mixture and jelly.
