Cheesy Chicken Cutlets with Zucchini and Bell Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 100g cheese (about 3.5 oz)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Chop the chicken fillets, bell pepper, and zucchini into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, zucchini, bell pepper, eggs, and flour. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.

Form the mixture into patties and fry the patties in oil on both sides until fully cooked. Serve the finished cutlets with fresh vegetables on the side.
