Cheesy Grilled Beef Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef – 300g (about 10.5 oz)
  • Cooked rice – 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Carrot – 1
  • Cheese, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Combine the cooked rice and ground beef. Add the eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Dice the onion and grate the carrot, then sauté them in oil until golden. Add this mixture to the beef.

Form patties from the beef mixture, placing a piece of cheese inside each one. Grill the patties until cooked through.
