Chicken Cutlets with a Hidden Egg-and-Carrot Filling

Ingredients:
– Ground chicken: 300g (about 10.5 oz)
– Bread: 2 slices
– Egg: 1
– Onion: 1
– Flour (or breadcrumbs): 3 tablespoons
– Salt and pepper to taste

For the filling:
– Eggs: 2
– Carrot: 1

Instructions:
1. Remove the crusts from the bread and soak the soft interior in warm water.
2. Combine the ground chicken with the chopped onion, the soaked bread, the egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Hard-boil the eggs and chop them finely. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and sauté it until tender. Combine the carrot with the chopped eggs.
4. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture, place a bit of the filling in the center, and shape it into patties.
5. Roll the patties in flour or breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
