Chicken Cutlets with a Hidden Liver Filling

Ingredients:
– Ground chicken – 700-800 g (about 1.5-1.75 lbs)
– Chicken liver – 300 g (about 0.66 lbs)
– Egg – 1
– Onion – 1
– Bran – 5-6 tablespoons
– Breadcrumbs – 2-3 tablespoons
– Milk – 50 ml (about 3.4 tablespoons)
– Salt, black pepper, and spices to taste.

Instructions:
Add the bran soaked in milk, the egg, the grated onion, salt, pepper, and spices to the ground chicken.
Mix everything together well.
Sauté the liver pieces in oil over high heat and season them with salt.
Form the chicken mixture into balls, then flatten them into patties.
Place a piece of liver in the center of each patty, then shape each patty into a cutlet.
Coat the cutlets in bran and breadcrumbs.
Arrange the cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cutlets in the oven at 180 °C (about 350 °F) for 35 minutes.
Serve the cutlets drizzled with your favorite sauce.
