Creamy Rabbit Stew with Carrots and Tomatoes

Ingredients:
– 1 rabbit
– 2 carrots
– 2 onions
– 2 tomatoes
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 cup of sour cream
– half a lemon
– Salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and paprika to taste.

Instructions:
1. Cut the rabbit into serving pieces.
2. Season the rabbit with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, add thinly sliced garlic, and marinate for a few hours.
3. Peel and chop the onions and carrots, then sauté them in oil.
4. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skins, and chop them.
5. Dredge the rabbit pieces in flour and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
6. In a pot, combine the browned rabbit, sautéed onions and carrots, and chopped tomatoes. Pour in the sour cream, add the spices, and a little water.
7. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
8. When serving, sprinkle the rabbit with chopped dill.
