Pour the sour cream into a skillet. Once the sour cream comes to a boil, crack the eggs into the skillet and surround the eggs with diced tomatoes. Heat the skillet on low until the egg whites are set. Sprinkle the finished dish with salt, pepper, and chopped dill.
