Hard cheese — 75 g
Mayonnaise — 15 g
Egg — 1
Flour — 15 g
Salt and pepper, to taste

Dredge each roll-up in flour, then dip it in the beaten egg.

Fry the roll-ups in oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
