Crispy Meat-Wrapped Eggs

Eggs in the minced meat mixture

Peel the hard-boiled eggs, roll them in flour, and season them with salt and pepper. Add a raw egg and 1-2 tablespoons of cold water to the ground meat, and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix well and divide the meat into six portions. Wrap each egg in the meat mixture, shape each into a ball, coat each in breadcrumbs, and fry in plenty of oil. Let them cool, then cut each in half. Garnish with lettuce or parsley leaves. Serve with a side of vegetable salad.

Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw egg, 500 g of ground meat (about 1.1 lb), breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
