Ingredients:
- Ground meat (lamb or beef) – 600g (approx. 1.3 lbs)
- Potatoes – 1.5 kg (approx. 3.3 lbs)
- Clarified butter – 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
- Turmeric – 1.5 teaspoons
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Melt the clarified butter in a skillet, then add the ground meat and the spices. Season the meat with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook the meat until the liquid evaporates.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and fry them in oil until golden brown. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to paper towels and sprinkle them with salt.
Add the fried potatoes to the meat mixture and stir to combine. Garnish the dish with chopped parsley. Serve the dish with fresh vegetables.
