Easy Apple-and-Berry Fruit Jelly

Peel the apples and slice them thinly.
Stew them in a small amount of water with sugar.
Soak the gelatin in 2 cups of cold water that has been boiled and cooled and let it sit until softened.
Bring the gelatin mixture to a boil, combine it with the cooked apples, stir well, and add more sugar if needed.
Pour the mixture into cups or small bowls, placing a few apple pieces in each and adding a spoonful of jam—cherry, currant, apricot, gooseberry, or similar.
Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, 1.1 lb (0.5 kg) apples.
