Easy Cheesy Kefir Chicken Cutlets

Special Chicken Cutlets

  • Chicken fillet: 500 g (about 1.1 lbs)
  • Kefir: 100 g (about 3.5 oz)
  • Cheese: 100 g (about 3.5 oz)
  • Starch: 2–3 tablespoons
  • Onion: 1
  • Herbs, salt, and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the chicken fillet, cheese, and onion into small pieces.
  2. Add the kefir, starch, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together and stir in the finely chopped herbs.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
