Easy Dumpling Soup with Milk and Butter

Dumpling Soup

Combine wheat flour, eggs, a tablespoon of butter, and half a cup of water to make the dough. Use a spoon to form dumplings, then cook them in boiling milk mixed with one cup of water and sugar. Add a pat of butter to the soup when serving.

For every cup of wheat flour, use one egg, two and a half tablespoons of cream, one and a half cups of water, seven cups of milk, and one tablespoon of sugar.
