Easy Homemade Apple Strudel

To make the dough, combine 250 g of flour, 50 g of butter, a pinch of salt, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.

Roll the dough out to about 0.5 cm thick and cover it with a cloth.

After 30 minutes, sprinkle the dough with 100 g of toasted breadcrumbs fried in oil, then top with thin slices of 4 apples, 100 g of raisins, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Roll the dough into a log, seal the edges tightly, and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the top of the roll with a mixture of 1 egg and 25 g of melted butter.

Bake in a preheated oven.

Dust the roll with powdered sugar while it is still hot.
