Chicken Sausages Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Thoroughly wash the chicken breasts. Cut them into small pieces and pulse them in a food processor until smooth. Add the egg, milk, salt, and spices to the mixture. Stir the mixture well, transfer it to a bowl, and let the mixture rest briefly.
Meanwhile, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Spoon 2–3 teaspoons of the mixture onto one end of the wrap, then roll the wrap up, pressing out any air. Shape the wrapped mixture into a sausage and twist or tie the ends; secure the ends with kitchen string if you like.
Place the sausages into boiling water and cook them for 10–15 minutes. Once cooked, carefully remove the sausages and let them cool before unwrapping.
Serve the sausages with mashed potatoes, porridge, or a salad.
