Clean the squid, add the pork, and grind both together in a meat grinder. Add diced garlic, eggs, boiled potatoes, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Shape the mixture into sausages, simmer them, then bake them in the oven. Serve the sausages with sautéed onions.
Ingredients: 70g of squid (about 2.5 oz), 35g of pork (about 1.2 oz), 25g of onion (about 0.9 oz), 60g of potatoes (about 2.1 oz), 1 clove of garlic, and 2 eggs.
