Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- Butter and salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut out the soft center of each slice of bread.
- Spread butter on both sides of each slice and on the cut-out centers.
- Fry the slices in a skillet until golden brown, then flip them.
- Crack one egg into each slice. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip them if you want the yolks to set.
Top the toasts with cheese or deli meat, if desired.
