Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of spinach (about 1.8 oz)
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- Salt to taste
Chop the spinach and sauté it in a little oil for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs with salt, then stir in the spinach and cheese. Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it. Cover the dish with a lid or wrap it in plastic wrap. Place the dish in a bowl of boiling water, keeping the water level below the rim of the dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
