Life Hack
To speed up the preparation, you can pass the ingredients through a meat grinder, but avoid using a blender to prevent a paste-like consistency. If you choose to use regular yellow onion instead of the sweet red onion, reduce the amount by half or blanch it in boiling water for a milder flavor. Additionally, immediately after grating, sprinkle the apple with lemon juice to prevent browning from oxidation.
