Garlic-Stuffed Pork Belly for Perfect Sandwiches

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Take 2.2 lbs of pork belly, wash it, pat it dry with a paper towel, and rub it with salt, garlic, and finely chopped bay leaves. Make incisions in the pork belly and stuff them with garlic. Sprinkle it with curing spices available at any grocery store, or use a mix of red and black pepper, coriander, and other spices.

Next, place the pork belly in a cooking bag and boil it in the pot for about 30 minutes. Once it’s done, turn off the heat and let the pork belly cool in the pot. After it cools, transfer it to the refrigerator to firm up completely. Slice it thinly and use it for sandwiches. Enjoy your meal!
