Where Are You, Winter?

Something strange is happening in nature. It seems like the seasons have shifted. Perhaps this is a response to humanity’s “achievements”: endless testing of new weapons, the pursuit of new energy sources, and the invention of more and more cars. But are we really heading in the direction we want to go? I often think about this and realize that in this relentless race for “something”, people sometimes forget the ultimate goal, so captivated are they by the process of achievement. In the whirlwind of their desires to “have”, they simply forget to “be”.
