2 packages of cream cheese spread
200g of mushrooms (button or chanterelles)
2 eggs
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 medium onions
salt
spices
fresh herbs
Clean the mushrooms and onions, then chop them into cubes and sauté in oil. Let cool. Boil the eggs and chop them into cubes as well. Mix the cream cheese (grate it if necessary) with the sautéed mushrooms and onions, eggs, garlic (pressed through a garlic press), and herbs. Season with salt and spices to taste. Spread on slices of bread or toast.
