400g of pears (about 3 medium pears)
300g of apples (about 2 medium apples)
300g of green grapes (about 2 cups)
500g of sugar (about 2.5 cups)
100ml of water (about 1/2 cup)
Wash the fruits.
Core the pears and apples, then chop them into small cubes.
Cut the larger grapes in half and remove the seeds (you can use seedless varieties like Thompson Seedless).
Place the chopped fruits in a large skillet, sprinkle with sugar, and pour in the water.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
Transfer to sterilized jars and seal.
