How to Make Beer-Marinated Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2.2 lbs pork ribs
  • 2-3 onions
  • 1 cup beer
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How to Prepare Beer-Marinated Pork Ribs

Cut the ribs into portions and trim off any excess fat. Rinse the ribs, pat them dry, and rub them with salt and pepper.

In a marinating container, layer the ribs and onions alternately, starting with ribs and finishing with onions. Pour the beer over the top. Place a weight on top and refrigerate overnight.

Grill the ribs until fully cooked.
