French Toast Recipe
- Bread: 4 slices
- Egg: 1
- Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Butter for frying
- Sugar and cinnamon to taste
Beat the egg with the milk and sugar. Heat butter in a skillet. Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture for a few minutes so they’re well saturated. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle the toasts with sugar and cinnamon.
Serve the toasts with jam or honey.
