
Mix fresh farmer’s cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the flour. Combine the mixture thoroughly and form the dough into syrniki, two per serving.
For the filling: rinse the raisins and mix them with the jam. Cook the mixture in a double boiler until the raisins absorb the jam’s liquid. Let the filling cool.
Stuff each prepared syrnik, coat them in breadcrumbs, fry them in fat until golden, and finish cooking them in the oven. When serving, drizzle the syrniki with sour cream and sprinkle them with sugar.
Ingredients: 500g of farmer’s cheese, 60g of flour, two eggs, two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, breadcrumbs, and fat for frying.
For the filling: 50g of raisins and 100g of jam.
