Ingredients: peeled royal shrimp (remove the intestinal vein, leave the tail on) – 600 g; grilled bell pepper – 200 g; red onion – 1 piece; chopped cilantro – ½ cup; lime (juice) – 1 piece; cold-pressed olive oil – 2 tablespoons; salt and pepper (black ground or hot chili) – to taste.
Preparation
For the salsa, roughly chop the grilled and mix it in a large bowl with the onion, olive oil, , and lime juice. Season the with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Heat in a skillet and sauté the shrimp on both sides for 5-7 minutes. Spoon the salsa over the cooked shrimp and serve the dish immediately.
Tip
To soften the flavor, you can prepare the shrimp without hot pepper (using black pepper instead) and add tomatoes to the shrimp salsa recipe.
