5 eggs
5 tablespoons of sugar (heaping)
6 tablespoons of flour (heaping)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
5-6 small apples
vanilla sugar, powdered sugar for dusting
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar, one spoonful at a time, while continuing to whip.
Add the egg yolks one at a time, continuing to whip at high speed, always in one direction.
Incorporate the vanilla sugar, flour (one spoonful at a time), and baking powder.
Mix everything well.
Grease the bowl of a slow cooker with oil.
Pour in the batter.
Arrange the peeled and thinly sliced apples on top.
Gently press them into the batter with a spoon.
Close the lid of the slow cooker.
Select the Baking function and set the time for 50 minutes.
After baking, open the lid, let it cool for 7-10 minutes, and carefully transfer it to a plate.
Dust with powdered sugar.
