Bring the milk to a boil, then stir in the cocoa mixed with sugar and a small amount of cold milk, and bring it back to a boil. Remove the cocoa from the heat and combine it with the egg yolks that have been beaten with powdered sugar and vanillin. Let it cool. Before serving, whip it until frothy and pour it into glasses.
