Carp Stuffed with Onions

Ingredients:

  • Medium-sized crucian carp (one for each person)
  • Onion
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Salt, pepper, and fish seasoning

Clean the fish, rinse it, and marinate. Rub it with salt, pepper, and fish seasoning. Marinate the onion as well: season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix well. Stuff the crucian carp with the marinated onion and place them on a baking sheet greased with oil. Brush the fish with oil on top to create a nice crust while baking.

Bake the crucian carp for about 30 minutes at 340°F (170°C). The best part is the onion inside the fish!
