Blueberry Muffins


Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 packet baking powder
Flour (the batter should be as thick as sour cream)
Blueberries

Beat the eggs and sugar together with a mixer, then add the oil and milk. Gradually mix in the sifted flour with the baking powder until well combined. Spoon the batter into molds, then add the blueberries to the batter in each mold.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350-375°F.
