Curry Sauce

Curry Sauce 1.1 lbs ground chicken (or minced chicken) garlic onion mushroom bouillon cube curry powder salt, pepper (including red) water sour cream

Start by sautéing finely chopped onion and garlic (it’s best not to do this on an empty stomach and avoid opening your mouth over the skillet—the aroma will guarantee you’ll be drooling like a rabid dog). Add the ground chicken and cook until it turns white. Pour in enough water to just cover the meat, or fill the skillet depending on how many people you’re serving. Next, add the spices: curry powder (no more than a teaspoon, or it will turn green instead of a delicate yellow), salt, pepper, and the mushroom bouillon cube. Cover with a lid and let it simmer. In the last 5 minutes (it cooks for a total of about 20 minutes!), stir in 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Traditionally, it’s served with spaghetti, but it pairs wonderfully with any type of noodles or rice. It looks incredibly tempting, and the taste… mmm!!!
